Ready for a brand new dietary challenge? We cordially invite you to the "21-Day Vegan Challenge," an initiative aimed at improving health, protecting the environment, and liberating animals.

 

Let's explore the benefits of a vegan diet together!

Why a vegan diet?

What kind of challenge method?

During these 21 days, participants will fully immerse themselves in a vegan lifestyle, following a vegan diet, avoiding all animal products, and consuming only plant-based foods.

  • Upload food photos in the App every day (after successful registration, follow the instructions)

  • Attend three meet-ups (with tips shared by experienced vegans).

  • You can ask questions anytime in the app/WhatsApp.

Why should I participate in the 21-day challenge instead of converting to vegan?

  • We have a mentor system so that you have an experienced vegan companion on your journey to a vegan diet.

  • We will provide 21 quick, delicious, and authentic vegan recipes, as well as vegan daily tips to reduce the resistance you face when switching to a vegan diet.

  • By attending three meet-ups, you will gain valuable experience sharing from vegans, helping you avoid unhealthy eating habits and reduce your chances of contracting veganism.

  • You will meet new vegetarian friends, encourage each other, and gain motivation on your vegan journey.

May 16, 2025, 8:00 PM (Friday)

Eat for health and vitality

Speaker: Dr. Susianto, Vegan Nutritionist

In this segment, Dr. Susianto will share how to improve health and energy through a vegan diet. He will introduce key nutrients and how to create a balanced meal plan to ensure you get adequate nutrition during your challenge.

7:30 pm, May 24, 2025 (Saturday)

Health secrets for vegan pregnant women

Speakers: Vegan Mothers

Cathy Tsang | Tess Lam | Emma Siu

This section will feature several experienced vegan mothers who will share their experiences in choosing healthy vegan diets during pregnancy and postpartum. They will provide practical advice to help pregnant women/vegan mothers prepare for this special time and maintain their health and vitality.

Host: Fion Lam

Fion will study/share with everyone how to deal with various challenges in vegan life. You can speak out boldly, and we will carefully navigate the bridge together. Vegan life no longer remains at the level of "just being alive", but "shines", Let's shine babe!
