運用瑜伽輪作為輔具,進行脊椎 & 胸廓擴展,以 及肌力訓練,減輕肩背緊繃,改善姿勢並增強力 量。 Using the yoga wheel as a prop for spinal and thoracic opening, plus strength training to relieve shoulder and back tension, improve posture, and build strength. This class balances power and release. 目標 Goals 安全後彎、提升力量及身體能量 Safely backbends ,improve strength and restore energy 預期效果 Expected Outcome 脊椎柔軟度提升、後 彎更安全、僵硬減少 ,力量提升 Enhanced spinal flexibility, safer backbend progression, reduced stiffness, power improved 適合對象 Suitable Participants 適合想強化脊柱活動 度與舒緩久坐症狀的 學員。 Ideal for students aiming to enhance spinal mobility and relieve sedentary-related stiffness.
